Hey CirqueHeads!

Thanks for checking out the formal home of the Cirque de Sophie. For those who are unfamiliar, the Cirque de Sophie is a regularly "unscheduled" podcast from you Mistress of Ceremonies,  ME! With 36 episodes now out, and almost having the levels figured out, this was the next natural progression for the Cirque. A new domain, a formal blog where I will be posting show notes and occasional audio and video clips.

WHAT IS THE CIRQUE DE SOPHIE

After starting off doing a couple of really kewl internet videos including the Tranny Gourmet, it was time to finally launch my own project. The result is the Cirque, which is a bit of a Fellini flavored circus of music, skits, and debauchary, sometimes all at the same time, keeping all of confused, and hopefully amused.

So far, it's been a work in progress as I have experimented with myriad of different recording variables and tools, none of which are quite yet put in the optimal mix. I have so many plans, but holding back until it can be presented in the manner that is currently dancing around in my vacant head!

HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO THE PODCAST SOPHIE?

Its so easy I want to smack you in the back of the head bitch! OK, I'll give you step by step instructions:

1. Go to cirquedesophie.podshow.com/
 This is PODSHOW! Where my podcast is hosted
2. You can see the latest episode there on the page.
3. Select "get it". It will give you options for listening like using the podshow mashboard or my favorite itunes!
4. Now you may be asked to login. I strongly suggest you register with Podshow. It's totally free, they wont send you spam, just a great place to find alternate independent audio and video podcasts. You don't need to create an account to hear the show, but if you do you can then get the lastest episodes downloaded to your favorite player like itunes or winamp as they are released.
5. Start your own podcast and tell me all about it!
